By using Black Edge services or this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
01. Use of Service
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse our tools, attempt to access systems without authorisation, or use our content without permission.
02. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, designs, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of Black Edge unless stated otherwise. Client deliverables are transferred to clients upon full payment.
03. Payment Terms
Project fees are agreed in writing before work begins. A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to start. Remaining balance is due upon project completion. Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance.
04. Cancellation
Projects can be cancelled with written notice. Work completed to date is billable. Deposits are non-refundable unless Black Edge fails to deliver agreed deliverables within agreed timelines.
05. Liability
Black Edge's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
06. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Požarevac, Serbia.
